We will never ask you for a bank account, a card number or a tax ID. Nothing on this page wants one. Whoever owns the store account types those straight into Shopify, where we never see them. Question 35 asks which states you collect tax in, not the permit number.
Answer what you can. Anything left blank stays on the list and we will ask again, which is better than a guess reaching a website a fan will read as fact.
